特徵描述

生活型

形態特徵

  • An evergreen tree; branchlets robust, glabrous.
  • Leaves coriaceous, elliptic, 10–14 cm long, 3–5 cm broad, the apex shortly acuminate, the veins elevated on both surfaces, the margins entire; petioles 2–2.5 mm long.
  • Inflorescens densly pilose. Flowers in axillary cymes; pedicels 2–3 mm long.
  • Drupe globose, 5 mm across, the stigma navel-like: pyrenes 4–6, the endocarp smooth.

分布

  • 台灣 : In central mountains at medium altitudes (1500–2500 m).
